We use your data to provide your coaching experience, personalise your AI coach, improve the app, and communicate with you about your account.
AI conversations
Your conversations with your AI coach are stored so your coach can remember your goals and past discussions. This data is used solely to deliver your personalised coaching experience.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting and analytics providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Your rights
